1. Your seller

UK-stock products are sold by Mohammed Khawam trading as Relayxa Trading, sole trader, at 25 Soutra Place, 10/6, Glasgow G33 3JD, United Kingdom; email relayxa@gmail.com.

Germany-stock products are sold by Yasser Khawam trading as YK-Handel, sole trader, at Auf Sonnenschein 15A, 59269 Beckum, Germany; email Yasser.khawam2022@gmail.com.

The product card identifies the seller. That seller receives the order and payment and is responsible for the contract, dispatch, returns and refunds. See Seller information.

2. Product information

We sell new, surplus and used industrial automation equipment. Each listing states the known condition, part number, stock location and test status. “Powered on”, “removed from a working system” or similar wording describes only the stated check and is not a promise that every function has been tested.

Photographs may show the actual unit or a clearly identified representative product. Included accessories, software, licences, memory cards, connectors and manuals are included only when stated in writing.

3. Orders and contract formation

A website enquiry, email or request for a payment link is not an accepted order. The relevant seller first confirms availability, exact item details, total price, delivery cost and estimated dispatch. A contract is formed only when that seller issues written acceptance and receives cleared payment, unless the quotation says otherwise.

You are responsible for checking the manufacturer part number, compatibility, voltage, firmware and suitability for your application before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

UK-stock prices are normally in pounds sterling and Germany-stock prices are normally in euros. The product or quotation states the currency and whether taxes are included or applicable. Import VAT, customs duty, brokerage and local charges for international deliveries are the buyer’s responsibility unless the seller expressly quotes delivery with duties paid.

Payment may be accepted by card, PayPal, supported digital wallets or bank transfer when shown on the quotation or secure checkout. Payment is made directly to the seller identified on the product. Neither seller asks customers to send complete card details by email or WhatsApp.

5. Availability and stock

Stock is subject to prior sale. The website hides products when the recorded quantity reaches zero, but the relevant seller still verifies physical stock before accepting payment. UK and Germany inventory have separate sellers and dispatch arrangements.

6. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery cost, service and estimated timing are confirmed before payment. Unless agreed otherwise, consumer orders are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Title passes after full cleared payment. Risk passes as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery term.

Please inspect the parcel promptly and keep all packaging. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours where possible; this request does not remove any statutory rights.

7. Consumers and business customers

A consumer is an individual acting mainly outside their trade or profession. Consumers have statutory cancellation and product-quality rights described in our Returns & refunds policy.

For business customers, change-of-mind returns are accepted only when agreed in writing. Any business warranty, inspection period, liability limit or return arrangement stated in the quotation forms part of the contract.

8. Installation and safety

Industrial equipment must be selected, installed, commissioned and operated by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation and applicable safety rules. The seller does not provide engineering design or safety-system validation unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes a seller's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. For business purchases, the seller is not liable for indirect loss, loss of production, profit, data or business opportunity except where the law does not allow that exclusion.

10. Law and disputes

Relayxa Trading orders are governed by Scots law and YK-Handel orders by German law. This does not prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or bringing proceedings available to them under applicable consumer law.
