Dispatch locations
Products marked UK stock are sold by Relayxa Trading and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Products marked Germany stock are sold and dispatched by YK-Handel from Beckum, Germany. The seller and dispatch country are shown on the product, quotation and order confirmation.
Delivery quotations
Industrial equipment varies significantly in size, value and insurance requirements, so delivery is calculated for each order. We confirm the carrier, cost, estimated dispatch date, tracking availability and any collection option before payment.
International orders
Unless our written quotation states that duties are paid, the recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage and local clearance charges. Customers must provide accurate delivery and customs information. Delays caused by border authorities are outside our control.
Inspection on arrival
Check the outer packaging before signing where possible. Photograph damage, retain all packaging and notify the seller shown on your order promptly. Do not discard a damaged parcel while a carrier claim is being investigated.
Collection
Collection from UK stock may be available by appointment after cleared payment and identity or collection-authority checks. Collection is not available until confirmed in writing.
