Consumer cancellation

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Tell the seller shown on your order by email within that period. You then normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

We will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop reduces the item’s value. You normally pay the direct return cost unless the item is faulty, misdescribed or we agree otherwise.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not perform as legally required, contact us promptly with the order number, fault description, photographs and any relevant diagnostic information. Your statutory rights are not affected by a listing-specific warranty or by the item being used or surplus.

Do not open, alter, reprogram, attempt repair or return an item until we have provided instructions where a fault is alleged, unless immediate action is necessary for safety.

Business purchases

Business customers do not receive a change-of-mind cancellation right unless agreed in writing. Faulty, damaged or incorrect business orders must be reported within the inspection period stated on the quotation, or promptly where no period is stated. Any agreed return must follow the return authorisation instructions.

How to request a return

1. Email the seller shown on your order: Relayxa Trading for UK stock or YK-Handel for Germany stock.
2. State whether you are cancelling or reporting a fault, damage or incorrect item.
3. Wait for the return address and packing instructions before sending industrial equipment.
4. Use tracked, adequately insured carriage and protective packaging.
