Information we collect
The relevant seller may collect your name, employer or business, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order and payment-confirmation details, VAT or customs information, messages, product requirements and records needed to handle returns or warranty enquiries. Payment providers process complete card or account credentials; neither seller asks you to send complete card details through ordinary email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and take steps towards a sale.
- To fulfil orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support.
- To keep tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal records.
- To protect our systems, customers and legitimate business interests.
- To send marketing only where lawful and with any consent that is required.
Who receives or shares it
The product and enquiry form route information to the seller selected by you or shown on the product. That seller may share information only as necessary with payment providers, couriers, customs agents, website and email providers, professional advisers, insurers, regulators and law-enforcement bodies. Each recipient receives only what is needed for its role.
International use
International orders and technology providers may require information to be processed outside the country of the seller or customer. Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards, the relevant seller uses an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful basis.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only while useful for the enquiry and reasonable follow-up. Order, tax and accounting records are retained for the period required by law. Fraud, dispute and warranty records may be retained for as long as a claim can reasonably arise.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask the relevant seller for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is used. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office for Relayxa matters or the competent German authority for YK-Handel matters. Identity verification may be required before a response.
